CraftFox AI was founder-funded and preparing for its first investor scrutiny. The business needed a financial case that made its assumptions, funding needs and runway clear.

We built the model from the unit economics up, connecting monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow. We challenged the base case, developed low, base and high scenarios, and prepared the investor deck, capitalisation table and data room.

Bubble Bliss had a distinctive hospitality concept, but needed the numbers to stand up to investor scrutiny. Launch costs and champagne stock made cash planning especially important.

The work

We built monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts around the venue’s operations. Low, base and high scenarios tested runway and break-even, with challenged assumptions, sensitivities and use of funds packaged for investors.
